Where's My Order?

Ready for the latest on your Closet Her™ order? Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and tap View your order to see your personal Shopify order-status page. Your shipping email may also include a USPS tracking link for package updates.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your USPS tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

• Standard processing: 1–3 business days
• Tracking updates: Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours after USPS receives and scans your package.
• Preorders: If your order contains a preorder item, your order will ship on or after the stated preorder ship date. Please allow additional processing time based on the preorder timeline.

Can't find the email?

Search your inbox and spam folder for your Closet Her™ order confirmation. Keep your order number handy. Shopify may ask you to verify your email address or phone number along with your order number before showing order details. If you use a customer account, sign in to view your orders.
